BEFRIENDING – KEEP IN TOUCH (KIT)

Volunteer Befrienders provide face to face visits, at home to the elderly, the lonely, the disabled, the unwell, or the worried well.

Befrienders and friends contact each other and have informal get togethers.

Trips out of home can be to the GP, Hospital, family and shopping or days out.

Bowling sessions, walks and various outings are also arranged.
GARDENING SERVICE - 01263 822744
Sheringham Helping Hands provide short-term gardening assistance are completely self contained and providing all necessary equipment.

All work is carried out on a voluntary basis with no specific charge but donations are welcome.

The main focus is gardening but other gardening related work will be considered.
